This policy explains how TWC World Co. handles data in its internal software, including data obtained through Google APIs.
Our software is private and used exclusively by the TWC World Co. team. It is not offered to the public, has no user accounts or sign-up, and collects no personal data from visitors to this website. This site serves informational content only and uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
Access is granted through a Google Cloud service account, authorised by a company administrator. We do not access data belonging to third parties, end customers or other organisations.
Data is used solely to plan and analyse our own marketing campaigns and to organise internal documents. It is stored on servers under our control, with access restricted to our team. Credentials are stored encrypted and are never committed to source code or repositories.
We do not sell, rent or share data obtained through Google APIs with third parties. It is never used for advertising targeted at third parties, for training machine-learning models, or for resale.
TWC World Co.'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We retain data only as long as it is needed for the purposes described above. Access can be revoked at any time by removing the service account's authorisation, which immediately stops any further collection. On request, data already retrieved is deleted from our systems.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date above.
